Customer Service Policy
All medical equipment sold is new. The manufacturer warrants that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship subject to the terms and conditions of the Express Warranty. In the event of a fault occurring within the Express Warranty period, please call OMNICARE for a return authorization.
CPAP's and humidifiers cannot be returned if they are used. Any mask, hose and any other equipment that is opened, cannot be returned.
